There are some great waterfalls to explore in Northumberland. Here are a few of our favourites:



Roughting Linn:

This waterfall is located in the north-west of the county, near the village of Chatton in Alnwick. It's a great place to visit if you're looking for a secluded and peaceful experience.




Linhope spout:

A pretty waterfall hidden away in the Cheviot Hills. It's a bit of a hidden gem, but definitely worth seeking out if you're looking for somewhere off the beaten track.




Hindhope linn:


This waterfall is located in the south of the county, near the village of Otterburn. It's a great place to visit if you're looking for a little bit of history as well as some stunning scenery.




Crammel linn:

This waterfall is located in the north-west of the county, near the village of Haltwhistle. It's a great place to visit if you're looking for a little bit of peace and quiet.
